Annual HOA Meeting Wednesday June 13th at 7:00pm at the Rockshire Clubhouse.
NOTICE: New Proxy forms had been sent out this week. It was discovered after the original
proxy was mailed that one candidate was missing. A new candidacy form was also included with the proxy form, the old proxy forms are invalid.
A number of people from the community met with City of Rockville officials to discuss the proposed traffic issues on Watts Branch Parkway in the morning hours on week days and possible solutions to remediate the issues. Some of the proposed solutions were installing a "no left turn" between 7 am and 9 am sign on Hurley Ave when driving from Rt 28, installing a DO NOT ENTER sign at the same intersection to also restrict right turns from Hurley Ave onto Watts Branch, installing a DO NOT ENTER sign at the corner of Watts Branch and Gerard, as well as NOT installing any traffic restrictions on Watts Branch over the fear that the re-directed traffic will further congest Wootton Parkway in the morning.
The city will continue to gather comments and feedback regarding this issue. If you have any information you would like to submit please contact:
