July 8 2015.  At the Annual HOA Meeting, the Association Counsel Jason Fisher informed the board and the meeting attendees of the general outlines of the development approval process used in the city of Rockville and major milestones such as public hearing meetings as well as various studies (traffic, environmental impact, etc) that have to be completed before the development plans are approved.  In addition, the license agreement between the property owner and Rockshire Association was reviewed, which gives the Rockshire association easement for use of certain areas of the Shopping Center parking for use by members of the Rockshire pool.
