Pool entrance eligibility: If you are an HOA member, please ensure that your account does not have a balance; otherwise, your pool access will be declined.  If you purchased membership as outside member, please make sure your payment was received and processed. If you have any questions about the status of your account or pool membership, please contact Laura Etchison (letchison@dhbader.com)  by close of business Friday May 16th to be able to attend the pool during the opening weekend.
 
2025 POOL HOURS:
The swimming pool will open from Saturday May 24, 2025 through Monday September 1, 2025 according to the following schedule:
Before Montgomery County Public Schools closes (May 24 - June 13)
Monday through Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and Memorial Day: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Regular Season (June 14 – August 24):
Sunday through Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Late Season (August 25 – September 1):
Monday through Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Monday Labor Day: 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Membership
 
Limited number of pool memberships are available for non-HOA members.
We are excited to announce that the Association has upgraded the pool pass software to a new electronic check-in system that will no longer require the keycard fobs! All persons expecting to enter the pool on opening day, must complete a new registration at:

If you were a registered member during 2024 and your family composition has
not changed, no application is required. Simply forward the subscription
payment to the office address below.
 
Please have photos (headshots) ready of all family members when preparing to register. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a pass (“ePass”) in the form of a barcode by email.
Note: ePasses are files stored in an Apple Wallet or Android Wallet app.
 
The early bird fee for pool membership is $875.00 and must be paid in full no later than May 9, 2025 to activate your online registration. After May 9, 2025, the subscription membership fee will be $900.00. No Pro-rata or other discount available for outside pool membership after May9th.

Guest Passes
Each registered household will also receive ten (10) free guest “clicks” at the beginning of the season.
Additional guest passes (“clicks”) can be purchased for $30 and will include an additional ten (10) clicks ($3 per guest). Please note: you will not receive printed guest passes. The guest “clicks” will show up under your property address when you check in at the pool. Additional Guest Passes are available for purchase by the management company ONLY and must be purchased by check payable to the Rockshire Association. Please contact DH Bader at (301) 953-1955 or by email at info@dhbader.com   to arrange for additional passes.
 
 
Swim Team: Rockshire Sharks
 
The Rockshire pool is home to the Rockshire Sharks Swim Team.  Swim meet dates are posted on the swim team bulletin board at the pool and will be linked here at the beginning of each swim team season.  For more information about the Rockshire Sharks, please visit their website.

Homeowners planning to add, change or replace any exterior elements of their properties such as replace windows, roof, siding, add fences or solar panel, remove trees, etc., are required to apply for and receive Rockshire Architectural Control Committee (ACC) approval before work begins for each project.  The ACC, comprised of volunteer homeowners, is charged with applying planning guidelines and standards to preserve the harmony and architectural character of the community.
